Congratulations to Kathryn Freeman for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kathryn Freeman to the 20/20 Club! Kathryn tells us, "I’m a wife and Mum of two from South Yorkshire in the UK. I have an 11-year old-daughter and a 7-year-old son, who is autistic. I’m a registered dietitian and have worked in the NHS for 17 years, but am currently on a career break so I can focus on my family and my youngest son’s additional needs. I love shopping, house interiors, and travelling with my family and friends. My kids are my main focus, but in my spare time I like to try to keep fit, and enjoy swimming and relaxing in the hydrotherapy pool and steam room!

"My husband and I travelled pretty extensively before we had kids. I think our favourite destination was Thailand! We loved the friendly people, the gorgeous beaches and the amazing cuisine, too! Now, our travels are very different as we plan around the kids and our son’s additional needs. The aim is just for us to spend lots of quality time together having fun, as we support him to build his confidence, and develop his life skills whilst expanding his world and enjoying the sunshine away from the the great British weather! You could say that travel is our therapy! When working in the NHS, I used to work on my business before and after my working day; now I simply work on my business when the kids are both at school. The key is being consistent, disciplined and patient, because 'Rome wasn’t built in a day!' 

"Two 'fun facts' about me:

"I have always loved dancing and have performed at the Hammersmith Apollo and the Royal Albert Hall.

"Before going to University, I took a gap year and lived in a hut on the beach on Roatan, one of the bay islands of Honduras. We scuba dived twice a day to support marine conservation and once woke up to find armed bank robbers had been hiding their loot under our hut!"
