Congratulations to Julie Collier for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Julie Collier to the 20/20 Club! Julie tells us, "I am from just outside London and live in a village called Cheam. I really love it here as it's a nice mix of green space but within half an hour by train to central London - and I love London! I married my lovely husband in Portugal, our favourite country, last summer.

"I've worked in TV for 23 years, the last 12 as a presenter and reporter, mainly in sport. However, I had a little girl in 2023 and was taken by surprise at how much I wanted to be a present Mum. I had to go and work on the Olympics in Paris for two weeks in 2024 and it was so hard being away. So when my friend's cousin approached me about this business, I was intrigued, albeit very sceptical at first! 

"I love travel. I did my first round the world trip when I was 21 and properly got the bug for seeing as much of the world as possible. Then, being freelance in TV, I was able to take 10 abroad trips a year through my 20s and 30s, so I have been very lucky. 

"Away from work and travel, I enjoy sport. I played tennis for Surrey as a teenager and now play netball in a Surrey league. And obviously, more recently I have loved being a Mummy to my beautiful little girl, Elana.

"Obviously, this was a complete career change for me. Apart from a passion for travel, I had no relevant experience whatsoever. But I really tapped into my warm network, inviting them all on a call with my two Director uplines and that kicked things off. I'm excited to see where it takes me!"
