Congratulations to Frema Garcia for achieving One-Star Director! Frema tells us, "I'm a passionate traveler with deep roots in both the Philippines and Guam. For 18 years, I worked with Continental Airlines, and it was through those years that my love for travel truly began. Since then, I've been fortunate to explore incredible destinations like Australia, Bali, Palau, Japan, Hawaii, Taiwan, and Seoul, Korea. Now, I call Georgetown, Texas, just outside of Austin, home – a place that feels like the perfect balance between family, career, and adventure.

"I’m a proud wife to my lifelong partner and a mother to two beautiful daughters, 15 and 19, who are currently attending Baylor University in Waco. My oldest son, 29, just got married, and our family is growing in love and joy every day.

"Professionally, I spent over 25 years in procurement within the food industry, but my true passion lies in network marketing and sharing the magic of travel with others. This journey started when my Director and blood sister, Frida Fullerton, lost her job and asked for my help to achieve One-Star Director. I quickly jumped in, eager to support her. At first I didn’t fully understand the mission behind it, but everything changed when I attended my first convention – thanks to Frida’s insistence. That’s when it clicked; this wasn’t just about business, it was about helping people transform their lives.

"For a while, I felt stuck in my role as Director in Training, unable to break through until I realized that my personal 'WHY' was still tied to helping my sister. I was her runaway leg, but I needed to find a new motivation – a new 'WHY' that was mine alone. That moment came when my daughter called me, heartbroken over not being accepted to any sorority. The pain in her voice – wondering if her worth was tied to something outside of her control – was unbearable. That call pushed me to finally step into my power and reach the level of Directorship. I knew then that my mission was clear: to show others, especially my family, that anything is possible when we work together with purpose.

"They say, 'Your vibe attracts your tribe,' and I’ve learned that I naturally draw in others with a similar mindset – analytical, thoughtful, and often cautious. I realized that, as someone who also holds that green energy, I needed to balance it with the boldness of red energy – to take action and show them that success isn’t about overthinking but about taking that first leap of faith.

"One of my superpowers is time management. I’ve learned not to overreact, to stay calm in chaos, and to prioritize what truly matters. My family – my kids, my husband, and my beloved fur babies – are at the heart of everything I do. And I believe that no matter how busy life gets, we can all carve out time for what truly lights us up.

"If there’s one thing I want you to take away from my journey, it’s this: Never let fear or self-doubt hold you back from pursuing your dreams. Sometimes, the hardest moments – the ones that challenge us the most – are the ones that spark our greatest transformations. Believe in yourself, trust your energy, and just take that first step toward greatness."
