Congratulations to Dawn and Julian D'Aeth for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Dawn and Julian!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Dawn and Julian D'Aeth to the 20/20 Club! Julian tells us, "We currently live near Perth in Scotland, UK. Although we have moved around the country a fair amount, Scotland's always home. Dawn loves to cook and bake and loves nothing better than entertaining our family and friends, be it a BBQ or a Sunday roast. We have three grown children and five grandchildren, and love when we all come together. I like rugby, gardening and photography, which keeps me busy. We both enjoy going to watch Scotland play Rugby at home in their stadium.

"We have been away on holiday quite a lot, albeit when our children were young it was family camping holidays. Now that we are older and children free, we go to Egypt a lot but we do family  holidays to Turkey and Cyprus. We have been to the Convention three times now, so we make a small holiday from that. I also work for a global company so I get to travel through my full-time work. Even though there is a big pull to go abroad, we do love touring Scotland as it has such diverse scenery with white sands and clear blue seas.

"We do have our own DMO and slightly different ways to build, but we come together for our team with onboarding calls and providing blitz/power hour sessions. We host information calls and front of room events.

"Everyone says consistency is key and it is. We did, however, see a big shift when we started presenting as it gave us more confidence and belief in both us and the business. We plug into all the training, information calls, and IMVs, and we go to events both in this country and abroad. I also feel that we have a very close relationship with our team while helping and supporting them as they reach Gold. Dawn knows when to go red and when to tone it down to be yellow. Above all, we know each other’s strengths and weaknesses, so we complement each other. What we have  evolved is duplicatable as you can still do this with a business partner, not necessarily with your life partner.

"Our fun facts: I think I am funny, the king of Dad jokes and do take some funny photos, too. Dawn used to play the accordion."
