Congratulations to Casey Ward for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Casey!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Casey Ward to the 20/20 Club! Casey says, "I live in Kentland, Indiana with my husband and our two children, Jackson and Elizabeth. We stay busy with school, sports, and planning our next family adventure.

"By day, I’m a 6th grade math teacher. I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence and break complex ideas into manageable steps. Outside the classroom, I’m passionate about travel, personal growth, and building systems that create flexibility for families. I enjoy strength training, interval running (even when it challenges me), and being present with my family. I believe you don’t have to leave one identity behind to build another. You can grow professionally while staying committed to the other roles that matter most.

"I love cruising with my family, going on Universal Orlando/Disney vacations, and planning multigenerational family trips.

"I approached this business the same way I approach teaching: with intention, structure, and consistency.
A few principles that have guided my growth:

  • Consistency over intensity. Showing up daily matters more than short bursts of effort. Momentum is built through steady action.
  • Education over pressure. I believe people make their best decisions when they fully understand what they’re stepping into. My role is to provide clarity and transparency so individuals can move forward confidently.
  • Systems from the beginning. Follow-up, onboarding, and daily income-producing activities are non-negotiable. Structure creates stability, and stability creates long-term growth.
  • Relationship-driven growth. My business is built on trust. I focus on building genuine relationships, understanding individual goals, and supporting people long-term. When relationships come first, growth follows naturally.
I am fully committed to building this business while continuing my career in education. Success, to me, is not about replacing one path with another — it’s about expanding what’s possible in a sustainable way.

What tips would you share with others?
  • Prioritize support and mentorship.
  • Follow up consistently — most people don’t.
  • Treat it like a business from day one.
  • Focus on long-term growth, not quick wins.
  • Sustainable success is built intentionally.

Fun facts about me...
I carry my whole life in a backpack — teacher mode never really turns off. I sign up for races even though running isn’t my favorite thing… I just like proving to myself that I can do hard things. I’m equal parts structured planner and spontaneous adventurer.
