Congratulations to Candace Pinkston for achieving One-Star Director! Candace is from Montgomery, AL but currently resides in Orlando, FL. She tells us, "I am a wife, mom of three and a God baby; I work for the Department of Defense, am a traditional business owner, and am currently pursuing my doctorate in Human Resource Management - Project Management.
"I absolutely love to travel, read, spend time with family and help bring out the best in anyone I’m connected with. I have traveled to the Bahamas, Mexico, Jamaica, London, Dominican Republic, Canada, and a host of domestic locations.
"I am achieving success by leveraging, duplicating, using our product, using the tools we all have access to such as the PlanNet Marketing back office, a daily 15 min. increment planner, setting appointments, and following the full PS3 system.
"It is also very important to remain consistent no matter what and to always remember to keep going. You will more than likely have to be the evidence for your friends, family, and loved ones, but stay the course. Remember to lead by example. The saying, 'your team will only do half of what you do,' is so true. You are your brand. They are watching you as the leader. Make sure to get a success coach from your up-line leadership who will run plays and hold you accountable. This industry is an adult game of follow the leader all the way to the beach and the bank.
"A fun fact about me is that I allowed a snake to wrap around my wrist and parrots to sit in my hand and on my head. I am known to be a daredevil and am very adventurous. You can always find me running with the runners, walking with the walkers, and crawling with the crawlers. One step at a time, one family at a time, we will change lives around the globe."
