Congratulations to Brittaney Morant for Achieving the 40/40 Club!

She tells us, "I am originally from Miami, Florida and currently reside in the great City of Houston, TX. My interests include reading, learning about the people, history and culture of all the places I visit, and of course, Harry Potter!

"I started my traveling with the Carribbean. I've been to Jamaica, the Bahamas, the Grand Cayman Islands, Cuba and a few more places because I wanted to see the homes of the people who were around me in Florida. Now that I've moved to Texas, I've tackled Central America, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, etc.  Now I'm ready to head to Africa, and being that it's such a massive place, I imagine I'll be there for a while!

"I feel that it's extremely important to cast vision to others on my team and in my opinion the best way to get that is to plug them into the systems. Systems are easily duplicated, and I'm able to capitalize on the success of those who are already where I'm working to be.

"It's the New Year, so I've been intentionally creating FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). I let everybody I talk to know that it's tax time, Valentine's Day, Spring Break, the kids are getting out of school, PTO has started over, the time to supplement your income with travel is now, you don't want to miss this season.

"A fun fact about me is I love animals and everywhere I travel, I find a way to interact with the native animals there."
