Congratulations to Bex Pearce for Achieving One-Star Director!

Meet Bex!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Bex Pearce to the 20/20 Club! Bex tells us, "I grew up in Somerset (UK) but have lived near Southampton for over 20 years, having moved here in 2003 to attend university. I live with my partner, Rob, and my two children, Holly and Flynn. Rob also has three children, so holidays for seven can be hectic! My interests include seeing as much of the world with my family as possible. I absolutely love Florida, and the madness of planning an itinerary like that (for me and clients) - go hard or go home! I'm looking forward to getting back to Disneyland in California so my children can experience it for the first time.

"I caught the travel bug early and set off at age 19 to spend six months doing voluntary conservation work in Australia between leaving college and joining university to study journalism. Now that I have kids (ages 10 and 12), I understand my mum's nervousness (!) but there was a world out there, I was desperate to see it and my dad was in the camp of 'take every opportunity given to you.' I spent my 20s seeing much of the world with every spare penny going towards the next holiday alongside my full-time job in PR. It's no different now, but this business enables so much more of it and I am so proud of what my children are experiencing because of it. A Maldives boat trip on my 40th birthday in December surrounded by hundreds of dolphins would've been a pipe dream before joining this business.

"My road to 20/20 was four months. Creating content that speaks specifically to those you are trying to target is key, don't shy away from interests in other countries PlanNet operates in, and just apply every training given to you, because it works if you do. Having been an ITA for a year before joining PlanNet, I believe this makes a huge difference in being able to support my team with the knowledge I've gained prior to sharing the opportunity. With some amazing business partners now a part of my team, nothing feels out of reach.

"A fun fact about me is that I’m a former England girls chess champion and still play on my phone to relax. I also love to do something a little different when I can: skydiving onto a beach at 8 am before work in Queensland, ice diving at Silfra in Iceland, and going to a ski resort in Vegas in December are a few of my highlights."
