She tells us, "I’m a proud mom of three, ages 25, 22 and 15. My interests are traveling, teaching my line dance fitness classes, personal training clients and hosting self love/self care faith-based retreats. I'm the owner of Queen B Fitness, Queen B Destinations and The Queendom Experience Retreats. I have a passion for dance and fitness to inspire and help others live an active/healthy lifestyle. I love and enjoy beach vacations, specifically in the Caribbean. I’m in a season of my life where I’m LIVING without regrets. I enjoy pouring back into myself by booking more trips!
