Congratulations to Aneela Ali for Achieving the 20/20 Club!

Meet Aneela!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Aneela Ali to the 20/20 Club! Aneela tells us, "I’m from Newcastle upon Tyne, in the North East of England – and it’s still home today. It’s a city with grit, heart, and soul, and I carry that energy with me wherever I go. It’s where I learned the value of community, hard work, and staying true to yourself. There’s something about being surrounded by people who say it like it is and have a strong sense of pride in who they are.

"I’m deeply passionate about making a real difference, whether it’s for my family, my community, or the people I get to work with. I’m also a big advocate for fitness – it keeps me balanced and energised, even on the busiest of days.I enjoy all the finer things in life – whether that’s travelling in style, beautiful experiences, or celebrating milestones big and small. But everything I do is rooted in my commitment to build a better future for my family. That’s what keeps me going, even when things get tough.

"Travel is a huge part of my life. I’ve visited over 30 countries – from the colourful chaos of Thailand to the fast-paced pulse of America, and the warmth and tradition of the Middle East. What I love most are the off-the-beaten-track moments – sitting with locals, sharing meals, hearing stories, and absorbing their way of life. Those moments stay with me forever – they shape how I lead, how I connect, and how I dream. And now, through my travel business, I get to create those experiences for others too.

"Success for me isn’t just about the destination – it’s about how I show up. I never sell – I listen, connect, and share how this business can genuinely work around someone’s life. People don’t need pressure; they need to feel seen.

"My top tips:

•  Show up consistently, especially when it’s quiet. The seeds you plant will grow.
•  Use storytelling – your journey is your brand. Let people in.
•  Tap into your 'why' every day – that emotional connection keeps you driven.
•  Support your team authentically – when they win, you win.
•  Lead with belief and purpose – people feel that energy.

"My success accelerated because I leaned into my networks, built real relationships, and made time for connection. I hosted Zoom calls when others hesitated. I checked in on people, asked about their goals, and listened first. I celebrated every small win, knowing that momentum builds confidence, and confidence creates massive action. I wasn’t afraid to be visible, vulnerable, and bold. I stayed consistent – not just in the spotlight, but behind the scenes too.

"I love meeting new people. I’m one of those people who will strike up a meaningful conversation at the airport, in a café, or on a hike. Speaking of hikes, that’s another fun fact – I love walking and hiking! I’m always dragging my friends on 'little wanders' that turn into full-blown outdoor adventures. They pretend to complain, but we always end up laughing, talking, and making memories. I find joy in the small things – fresh air, good company, and shared stories."
