Congratulations to Alyssa Wall for achieving One-Star Director! Alyssa tells us, "I was born and raised in Stoneham, Massachusetts and I moved to southwest Florida with my husband, Donald, and daughter, Gracelyn, back in 2021. I was done with the snowy winters and wanted warm weather all the time. I love spending time with my family and making all the memories possible because my two little girls will only be young once. I love playing and coaching softball in my spare time. With this amazing opportunity, I can now show my girls the world by traveling more and spending every possible minute with them because they are my world.
"Before I started this business, my traveling history was not very long. In the past year I was able to take my daughters on their first cruise for their Christmas present and my husband, Donald, and I were able to take our five-year delayed honeymoon on our first Virgin Voyages cruise, it was awesome! Even took some small weekend trips every chance we could. Our plan is to travel even more as a family as much as we can because family experiences are priceless.
"This is hard work, but the reward is so worth the effort and if it were easy, we would have so many more Directors. As I am sure many have said before, consistency is key and I have as many conversations a day as I can about the business. Travel is a very easy topic to talk about even with strangers. In this business, you must get comfortable being uncomfortable because that is where the growth happens. Your business will not work out if you do not put the work in. Seek wise counsel when needed, and the fortune is in the follow-up. Creating a community of relationships to build a travel family keeps that retention rate strong. No one should ever feel like a number. I always tell my team when we are on three way calls with a prospect, I tell the prospect, we want you to be a success story, not just another negative statistic.
