Qualification = Recognition
PlanNet Marketing offers a number of ways for our Reps to generate income and recognition. Our Compensation Plan was designed to empower and motivate our Reps to build their businesses and achieve their goals. From that first ITA sale to Directorship – PlanNet offers earnings for every rank you achieve.
PlanNet Marketing is committed to your success. We want you to live life the way YOU want to live it, to achieve financial security on your terms, and to improve your life and the lives of others. Sometimes that means your road as a Rep is STRAIGHT up, other times, there are setbacks. Let’s be honest, it’s almost never going to be smooth sailing every day. For most business-builders, their path is going to look more like this:
PlanNet Marketing understands that setbacks happen. We are always here to support our Reps! But we also must ensure that our integrity and transparency as a business are not compromised.
As a matter of practice in the past, a Director who fell a level below their Director qualification was paid at the actual level of their qualification, although recognized (at Conventions and events) at their highest level of qualification achieved.
For example: A once Two-Star Director who dropped below their Two-Star Director qualification of the 300 active ITA requirement was paid as a One-Star Director, but we were continuing to recognize that person at the Two-Star Director level.
No longer.
A Director will be recognized in publications and at events at their current qualified level. Going forward, a One-Star Director who drops below their One-Star qualification of the 100 active ITA requirement will not be recognized as a One-Star Director until they requalify.
This is applicable for all Reps – Bronze, Silver, Gold or Director will be recognized and paid at their current level of qualification.
In 2023, make sure you remain qualified and active – together, we will enter momentum and BEYOND!
