If you're excited about PlanNet Marketing opening in the United Arab Emirates - you are NOT the only one!
Our Reps are buzzing because we have expanded our company's borders again. This time our new market has some serious new rules as well.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strict laws in place to protect its citizens, and PlanNet Marketing Reps are required to follow them.
All Reps operating in the UAE MUST OBTAIN an E-Trader License.
Since our business is online, all home-based business owners in the UAE (our Reps) must obtain the E-Trader License.
Additionally, anyone planning to market or advertise their business on social media must also obtain an Advertiser Permit.
The UAE Advertiser Permit is a mandatory legal requirement for anyone in the United Arab Emirates (including citizens, residents, and visitors) who publishes promotional or advertising content on social media and digital platforms. Even if you don't receive any financial compensation for your advertising efforts - it is required.
Reps who fail to obtain the proper licensing or permits will be terminated. PlanNet Marketing and our Reps must follow all local UAE laws.
